To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry to Lab Indonesia, all international visitors are required to prepare the necessary documents and apply for a Visa on Arrival (VoA) in advance. Please follow the guidelines below to avoid any travel delays or complications.

Required Documents for Entry:

1. Valid Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Indonesia.
2. Return or Onward Ticket: Proof of onward travel or a return ticket is required upon arrival.
3. Proof of Accommodation: Present a confirmed hotel booking or accommodation details during your stay in Indonesia.
4. Sufficient Funds: Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Indonesia may be requested.

Visa on Arrival (VoA) Application:

• Eligibility: Citizens of eligible countries can apply for a Visa on Arrival. Please check if your country is included in the list of VoA-eligible countries on the Indonesian immigration website.
• Application Process: The VoA can be applied for upon arrival at major international airports and seaports in Indonesia. However, pre-application is recommended to streamline the process.
• Fee: The current fee for a Visa on Arrival is IDR 500,000 – 700.000 (approximately USD 35 – 50). The visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended once for another 30 days.

Steps for Visa on Arrival:

• Pre-Apply (Optional): Apply for the VoA online through the official Indonesian immigration website. This will save time upon arrival
• Upon Arrival: Head to the Visa on Arrival counter at the airport, present the required documents, and pay the visa fee.
• Visa Extension (if required): The Visa on Arrival can be extended once for an additional 30 days. This can be done at the local immigration office in Indonesia before the visa’s expiration.

• Ensure all documents are printed and easily accessible upon arrival.
