  1. Lab Indonesia is a trade and business-to-business exhibition. Free entry for all visitor upon completion of online registration form.
  2. Lab Indonesia is restricted only for trade professionals and business visitors by invitation and registration only.
  3. Minors aged 16 years and below will NOT be allowed entry into the exhibition hall.
  4. Please be aware that the visiting schedule might change in accordance with official government and local authority guidance. We will keep you updated on the situation to ensure a safe and productive visit.
  5. Visitors of Lab Indonesia are prohibited from engaging in canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, sales activities, distributing product samples, engaging in objectionable behavior, wearing offensive apparel, or participating in any disruptive activities. Any individual found to be involved in such activities will be promptly expelled from the exhibition.
  6. E-badge holder must NOT allow their E-badges to be use by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the E-Badge holder and the person wearing the E-Badge being expelled from the exhibition.
  7. The dress code is strictly business attire. The following dress code/attire is NOT allowed entry into the exhibition hall:
    • Shorts
    • Singlet/Sleeveless Shirt/Sleeveless T-shirt
    • Slippers/Flip-Flops
    • Peep-toed Shoes/Uncovered Footwear
    • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not appropriately
  8. Smooking is NOT allowed in the exhibition hall
  9. Rules and Regulations: In registering for or accepting the offer of admittance to the Exhibition, visitors agree that they shall observe and comply with these rules and regulations and with the rules and regulations of the Exhibition Centre. All questions must be answered completely. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if the form is not completed appropriately.
  10. Conduct in the Exhibition Center
    • Visitors shall not do, or permit anything to be done, which shall cause a disturbance, nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, damage or danger to any person or thing or which in the opinion of The Organizer does not conform with the general standards of the Exhibition or amounts to a breach of these rules and regulations or applicable laws and regulations generally applying.
    • For security purpose and in order to prevent and detect crime, visitors may be subject to a random bag search and CCTV camera recording in the Exhibition Centre.
    • Visitors may not bring any camera, video recorder or recording equipment of any kind to the Exhibition without the prior written consent of The Organizers. The Organizers reserve the right to search the belongings of any visitor at any time.
    • It is expressly prohibited for visitors to record images in any form (“Images”) while attending the Exhibition without the prior written consent of The Organizer. Such prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the taking of photographs, video recording of any type and drawing or sketching of Images. Visitors agree to surrender to The Organizer on demand any material in whatever media on which images may be recorded in violation of this rule, including but not limited to film, video tapes, sketchbooks, camera phones and digital storage devices.
    • The Organizer reserve the right to refuse admittance to any visitor or to require any visitor to leave if in their opinion his or her behavior is in breach of these rules and regulations or of any rules and regulations of the Exhibition Center or contravenes applicable laws and regulations generally applying. The opinions of The Organizers are final in this regard.
  11. Liability
    • The Organizers shall not be liable to any visitor for any loss of or damage to any of his or her property occurring (from whatever cause) in or about the Exhibition Center nor for the death of or any injury sustained by any visitor whilst on or leaving the Exhibition Center (other than for death or injury resulting from The Organizer negligence to the extent this cannot be excluded or restricted at law (and then only to such extent).
    • The Visitor agrees that The Organizers shall not incur any liability to him or her for any products displayed or sold by any exhibitor at the Exhibition. Each Visitor agrees to indemnify and hold The Organizers harmless, on demand, against all claims, liabilities, losses, suits, proceedings, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including legal fees) and charges of any kind howsoever incurred by or on behalf of or made against The Organizers arising out of any infringement or other claim relating to or arising out of the unauthorized taking of any Images by that Visitor.
    • The Visitor agrees that The Organizers shall not incur any liability to him or her for any error or omission in any information relating to any exhibitor or its products in the Exhibition’s official directory or in any other promotional or other printed materials or information provided by The Organizers or that exhibitor.
    • No waiver by the Organizers of any of the provisions of these rules and regulations or of any of its rights here under shall have effect unless given in writing and signed by the Event Director of The Organizers.
  12. Visitors agree that the personal data provided for registration for the Exhibition may be included in The Organizer’s database and used by The Organizer for promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policies here.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS

To ensure the safety of our visitors attending Lab Indonesia, we will be implementing strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that have been set by the Government and approved by the organizer. The following guidelines are to be noted:

  • We strongly recommend that all visitors have received complete vaccination before entering the exhibition hall and accessing other facilities at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).
  • We highly emphasize the importance of strict personal hygiene practices, including wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and practicing regular sanitization.
  • All visitors will undergo temperature screening and Satu Sehat scan as part of the mandatory procedure.
  • Access will be denied to individuals with a body temperature above 37.5°C or showing symptoms resembling those of COVID-19.
